More Informations about the Michael Jackson Neverland Train:
Michael Jackson's train was built around 1972 for Paramount's Carowinds theme park in North Carolina by Crown Metal Products, a manufacturer of steam locomotives in Wyano, Pennsylvania. It is a full-scale narrow gauge steam locomotive, it is not a miniature in any way. After Carowinds removed their railroad only a few years after it was installed, the engine and another one went to Timber Rail Village in Vermont. Michael Jackson went looking for a place to restore the steam engine he purchased from Timber Rail Village, and he was impressed by the work done by Shop Services of Mount Pleasant, Iowa. They restored the train for him and in 1993 it was delivered to the ranch.
